Pending Requests

When an amenity or physical asset is configured so that reservations or access requests require administrator approval, the system doesn't show a PIN code to the user until it is approved. The administrator is notified with each such request. See Require Admin Approval for more information.

To see list of pending requests, select Pending Requests under Administration in the left sidebar. This page shows list of requests that need administrator approval. There are only two options available for each request: approve and reject.

In either case, the system will notify the user of the administrator's decision by email. If approved, the email will contain the PIN code to unlock the smart lock.

Users can see status of their pending requests when they log in to the website or mobile application.
